Summary
The study covers the sharing and disclosure of informal consumer in-formation. Its main objective is to determine the levels, the type and the prin-cipal means of sharing and disclosure of informal information by consumers. Assessment was based on the behaviour patterns of foodstuff buyers. The results from a survey were subjected to a comparative analysis to determine the specific characteristics of the consumers in India and Bulgaria in this re-spect.
